Contractor Compensation Package:
- Up to 88% of line haul revenue billed to the customer
- Up to $37.50 stop off pay (excluding origin and final destination)
- Detention pay after three (3) hours
- 100% fuel surcharge reimbursement
- 100% loading and unloading reimbursement
